Q: How long have you been training at Tone House?

A: I have been training at Tone House consistently since April of 2017!

Q: What do you love most about training at Tone House?

A: The Coaches, the community, the programming.. I can go on; basically everything! But what sets it apart most for me is the community of Athletes who prove the impossible day in and day out, the Coaches who push us beyond our limits, and the feeling after each class.

Q: Favorite and least favorite TH movement?

A: Oh this one is tough! So many love hate relationships with the many Tone House movements! Favorite Conditioning movement: Runners. Least favorite Conditioning movement: Weighted Croc Walks. Favorite Strength movement: Bench Press. Least favorite Strength movement: Front Squats.

Do you have trouble or wrist pain in the front rack position? There are spots still available for our 90-minute Strength Workshop TOMORROW FEB. 20th with Coach Yusuf (@ycoolj ) where we’ll cover proper set-up and mobility drills for getting more comfortable in the front rack.
