It’s almost 2017, which means it’s GAME TIME. To kick off the new year, we’re giving our athletes the opportunity to set their 30-day goals HERE for training, recovery, teamwork, and more.

We’ll then email a personalized January game plan, send motivational reminders throughout the month AND match each individual up with one of our Tone House Coaches who will follow up mid-month to keep our athletes on track with their goals. Time to GO AND GET IT.
