At Tone House, our annual TRANSFORM90 Challenge is more than just a fitness program; it’s a comprehensive journey designed to transform your body and mind over 90 days. By focusing on sustainable training, nutrition, and recovery habits, participants are empowered to achieve lasting health and fitness goals.

This year marks our largest T90 Challenge yet, with nearly 50 Athletes committed to Training, Fueling, & Recovering like an Athlete over the next 90 days. As this year’s participants embark on their journey, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the inspiring stories of last year’s winners, Sandra Braverman and Tyler Lyons, who exemplified what it means to commit to positive change.


Sandra’s Transformation: Embracing Community, Simplicity, and Growth

Sandra Braverman joined the TRANSFORM90 Challenge with a desire to find structure in her routine and a community that could support her fitness journey. “I signed up because I was looking for a community that offered support, and that’s exactly what I got,” Sandra explained. Over the course of 90 days, she achieved stunning results, shedding 22.8 pounds and 9.6% body fat.

Sandra’s approach to nutrition focused on simplicity and balance. “I educated myself on what protein, carbs, and fats were and started building my meals using the rule of three,” she explained. By mastering macronutrient balance, she created meals that fueled her workouts and fit her lifestyle.

Her commitment to recovery also played a key role. “I started incorporating recovery days because they’re just as important as the training itself,” Sandra said. By listening to her body and allowing herself time to rest, she avoided overtraining and saw improvements in her energy levels, strength, and performance.

The results extended beyond just physical changes. “I see myself jumping higher, moving faster, and getting through the warm-up feeling a lot more confident than I did at the beginning,” Sandra shared. She’s excited to continue building on her progress, especially by experimenting in the kitchen. “Now that I understand macronutrients, I can build meals that are more balanced and give me more energy throughout my day-to-day.”

Tyler’s Journey: Defending the Title with Consistency

Returning to defend his title, Tyler Lyons approached the Transform90 Challenge with determination. Tyler not only retained his title but also achieved incredible results, losing 25.4 pounds and 5.2% body fat.

Tyler’s success was rooted in consistency and adaptability. “I found such success with Ryan’s nutrition guidance last year, and I wanted to challenge myself further this time,” he said. By increasing his protein intake and incorporating conditioning sessions into his routine, Tyler enhanced his strength and endurance.

The benefits extended beyond the gym. As a wedding photographer, Tyler found that the physical improvements made his long workdays more manageable. “The long days that used to strain my back and joints now feel so much easier to get through,” he noted. Reflecting on the challenge, Tyler emphasized the importance of balance: “Losing weight doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love forever, but committing to a healthier balance.”

The TRANSFORM90 Challenge is a 90-day program that combines training, nutrition, and recovery to help participants achieve sustainable health and fitness goals. The program includes:

  • InBody Assessments: Three comprehensive body composition analyses with Registered Dietitian Ryan Turner, RD, CSSD.
  • Personalized Nutrition Guidance: Meal planning and macronutrient breakdowns tailored to individual goals.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Special offers on TH training packages, meals, and supplements from our challenge partners
  • Community Support: Access to a private group for resources, tools, and shared progress.
  • Virtual Coaching Sessions: Group Zoom meetings with Head Coaches and nutrition experts to strategize training schedules.

Participants are encouraged to complete a minimum of 35 Strength, Conditioning, or Flow sessions over 12 weeks, averaging about three sessions per week. The challenge not only focuses on physical transformation but also fosters a supportive community, as highlighted by Sandra’s experience: “I signed up because I was looking for a community that offered support.”
